First and foremost, I would like to thank my research advisors Drs. Kulwinder Kaur-Walkerand André P Stevenson for guiding and encouraging me through this process. I would especiallylike to thank Dr. Kaur-Walker for selecting me for the 2019 DHS Summer Research experience.I acknowledge the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the Summer Research Awardfor Minority Serving Institutions awarded to Dr. Kulwinder Kaur-Walker for summer 2019 andthe senior research team of Coastal Resilience Center (CRC) especially Drs.
